Dr. Do Quynh Chi founded VietLabour in 2007. She got her doctorate in industrial relations from the University of Sydney, Australia. Before that, she earned her Master degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Dr. Chi has almost 15 years of experience researching, consulting and training in industrial relations, labour migration, labour market, CSR, international labour standards, and labour laws. She has been working with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), Oxfam Great Britain, FairWear Foundation, the IFC, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). She also provides frequent advice to such multinational corporations as ManpowerGroup, Caden Corporation, and Unilever.
Dr. Chi published various books, book chapters, and refereed journal articles both in Vietnam and overseas.
